当団体は今までの活動実績と経験を活かすことを目的とし、日本国内の外国人就労者における法令に定める支援内容及び通訳や翻訳を行い、2019年4月に新設された在留資格・特定技能における登録支援機関として当法人が正式な登録支援機関　許可番号19登-002123  として2019年9月12日から支援活動を更に活発化させていきます。   

With the aim of making use of the past activities and experience, this organization will provide support and interpretation and translation as required by laws and regulations for foreign workers in Japan. As a registration support organization in Japan, we will further promote support activities from September 12, 2019 as an official registration support organization, permission number 19-002123.

特定技能試験（➀各技能評価試験）合格と

日本語試験（全分野共通）

 日本語能力試験（ＪＬＰＴ‐Ｎ４以上）もしくは、国際交流基金日本語基礎テスト（ＪＦＴ－Ｂａｓｉｃ）合格

年齢条件

Age condition

外国人が１８歳未満であっても特定技能試験を受験する事は可能です。しかし、日本に上陸する時点においては１８歳以上でなければなりません。

 It is possible to take a specific skill test even if a foreigner is under the age of 18. However, at the time of landing in Japan, you must be over 18 years old.

最終学歴

Final Education

学歴については，特に基準は設けられていません。

 There are no specific standards for educational background.

各特定技能試験は，国外で実施することを原則としていますが，国内試験も実施されます。

 In principle, each specific proficiency test is conducted overseas, but domestic tests are also conducted.

＜令和２年４月１日以降の国内試験の受験資格＞

<Eligibility to take domestic examinations after April 1, 2nd year of Reiwa>

在留資格を有している方であれば受験することができます。

Anyone with a residence status can take the test.

在留資格「短期滞在」をもって日本に在留する方でも受験が可能（中長期在留歴がなくても受験可能）です。

Those who stay in Japan with the status of residence "Short-term stay" can also take the test (even if they do not have a mid- to long-term residence history).

在留資格を有していない方（不法残留者等）については，引き続き受験は認められません。

Those who do not have a status of residence (such as illegal leftovers) will not be allowed to continue the examination.

※ただし，試験に合格することができたとしても，そのことをもって「特定技能」の在留資格が付与されることを保証したものではなく， 試験合格者に係る在留資格認定証明書交付申請又は在留資格変更許可申請がなされたとしても，必ずしも在留資格認定証明書の交付や在留資格変更の許可を受けられるものではないことにご留意願います。

*However, even if the applicant is able to pass the test, it does not guarantee that the status of residence of "specific skill" will be granted. Please be aware that even if you apply for permission to change your status of residence, you cannot necessarily receive the certificate of status of residence and permission to change your status of residence.

また，特定技能の在留資格に関し，退去強制令書の円滑な執行に協力しない外国籍を有する者についても国内での受験資格は認められません。

Regarding the status of residence for specific skills, foreign nationals who do not cooperate with the smooth execution of deportation orders are not eligible to take the test in Japan.

１・２・３　については，国内での受験が出来たとしても、必ず「特定技能」の在留資格が付与されることを保証したものではなく， 試験合格者に係る在留資格認定証明書交付申請又は在留資格変更許可申請がなされたとしても，必ずしも在留資格認定証明書の交付や在留資格変更の許可が必ず受けられる保証はありません。ご留意願います。As for 1, 2, and 3, it is not guaranteed that even if you can take the examination in Japan, the status of residence of "specific skill" is not guaranteed.
